About the job UI/UX & Multimedia Designer

Position Overview

We are looking for a versatile UI/UX & Multimedia Designer to craft compelling digital experiences that integrate user-centered design with dynamic multimedia content including video, motion graphics, animation, hybrid explainers, and webcasts. This role blends creative visual storytelling with usability best practices to deliver interactive and impactful digital products.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in both UI/UX design and multimedia production, working closely with product teams, marketers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that enhance user engagement and usability
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform multimedia integration in digital interfaces
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of interactive designs and animations

Multimedia Production

• Create video content, motion graphics, and animations for use in digital platforms, explainers, and marketing materials
• Design interactive media components such as hybrid explainers and webcasts to communicate complex concepts effectively
• Edit and produce high-quality webcast sessions, ensuring professional presentation and technical quality

Interactive Media & Animation

• Design and develop interactive multimedia experiences combining UI elements with animations and video
• Use tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other animation or video editing software to produce content
• Ensure multimedia content is optimized for multiple devices and platforms, maintaining responsiveness and performance
• Work closely with UX researchers, content creators, and developers to integrate multimedia seamlessly into user flows
• Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in UI/UX design and multimedia production
• Provide creative input and technical expertise to elevate the storytelling and user experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in UI/UX design combined with multimedia production (video, motion, animation)
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and multimedia software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and responsive design
• Experience creating engaging multimedia content, including hybrid explainers and webcasts
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Experience with video streaming platforms and webcast production tools
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design in multimedia content
