About the Role: UI/UX Artist - Hole.io

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the user experience of one of the world's most iconic mobile games. As the UI/UX Artist, you'll be responsible for defining and implementing a sleek, functional, and engaging interface that enhances player immersion and clarity. Your work will include crafting clean 2D assets, building intuitive layouts, and animations, directly impacting millions of users. Collaboration with designers, artists, and developers in Unity will be essential. If you're passionate about mobile gaming and creating seamless user journeys, this role is for you.

Accountabilities:

1. Design and implement high-quality 2D UI elements such as menus, buttons, and icons for Hole.io.
2. Build and maintain a scalable UI Style Bible and component library in Figma.
3. Set up, animate, and integrate UI scenes directly in Unity.
4. Collaborate with the Art Director to maintain visual consistency across the game.
5. Ensure all UI supports gameplay clarity, accessibility, and mobile performance.
6. Work closely with Game Designers and Developers to align visual design with user behavior.
7. Iterate rapidly based on internal feedback and player data.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Artist on shipped mobile game titles.
2. Strong 2D design, rendering, and visual hierarchy skills.
3. Proficiency in Figma with experience creating scalable design systems.
4. Solid Unity experience with UI setup, animation, and troubleshooting.
5. Ability to define and maintain a cohesive UI visual language.
6. Comfortable working with remote and cross-functional teams.
7. Fluent in English.
