The opportunity

As a Principal Digital Strategist within Adobe Professional Services, you will guide our strategic customers through their digital transformation journey with Adobe. You'll help them envision a future beyond today's scope, creating lasting value and partnerships.

Position is based in Paris.

What you will do

We are looking for an individual with high initiative, a strategic approach, and customer experience strategy talent. This customer leadership role will focus on digital strategy, organizational design, and program delivery.

  1. Lead digital strategy and value realization on Adobe's largest and most sophisticated service engagements.
  2. Create a North Star vision for Adobe customers using your industry expertise.
  3. Collaborate with executive teams across the customer's organization to maximize returns from technology investments.
  4. Develop strong cases to guide and gain sponsorship for digital programs.
  5. Lead cross-functional delivery teams to define innovative business use cases driving toward vision realization.
  6. Define roadmaps to deliver clients' optimal state and activation of targeted use cases.
  7. Assess organizational readiness and design strategies to realize the required business architecture.
  8. Develop organizational change strategies and lead all aspects to secure adoption.
  9. Proactively develop Adobe's POV and customer success plans on critical digital marketing topics.
  10. Expand Adobe's relationships and service roles within client engagements.
  11. Contribute to strategic sales motions, establishing executive relationships and gaining customer commitment.
  12. Build a catalog of measurable Customer Value & Adobe Value stories.
  13. Mentor Junior Delivery Consultants and Sellers to evolve Professional Services capability.
  14. Act as an Adobe Professional Services brand champion, speaking at events and publishing authoritative content across approved channels.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  1. 10 years of experience leading digital strategy and organizational change for a top management consulting firm, top digital agency, or top digital marketing consultancy.
  2. Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills.
  3. An entrepreneurial approach with initiative, resourcefulness, risk-taking ability.
  4. Proven track record identifying new opportunities and driving business growth.
  5. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence executives, collaborate with customers, partners, and team members.
  6. Fluency in English, French, and one of Spanish or Italian.
  7. Ability to adapt style and communication to diverse audiences.
  8. Confidence to hold both customer and Adobe teams accountable.
  9. Validated experience in retaining and growing accounts.
  10. Strong experience guiding customers to adopt new and emerging technologies.
  11. A portfolio of business cases and a trail of realized business value across enterprise digital transformation programs.
  12. Current knowledge of digital marketing and experience solutions.
  13. Examples of externally published content on digital transformation topics.
  14. PROSCI Change Management certification.
