Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion des campagnes de dividendes, de l'optimisation des garanties bancaires et de la mise en conformité avec les politiques de trésorerie. • 10 ans d'expérience dans une équipe de trésorerie internationale ou un cabinet de conseil.
• Excellentes compétences en analyse et en informatique.

Responsabilités

• Diriger des opérations de trésorerie ad hoc et complexes.
• Gérer la campagne de dividendes au niveau du groupe.

YOUR ROLE

Support the Group in the complex and ad-hoc treasury operations which requires specific focus, experience and knowledge.

These operations are a key differentiator when integrating and rationalizing business and corporate structure.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

1. Lead ad-hoc and complex Treasury operations: capital increases, M&A closing and closing preparation, centralized IC settlements and assignments, any other transversal operations with Tax, Legal, Accounting
2. Manage the dividends campaign at Group level, from analysis to distribution
3. Manage bank guarantee facilities to optimize and monitor utilization as well as coordinate issuance/amendment/release with banks
4. Functional setup of the existing cash management tools (Fairways Guarantees, web banking tools etc) in accordance with the security rules
5. Ensure compliance with Treasury & Bank policy with the focus on Power of Attorney implementation

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1. Master's degree in Finance/Treasury/Corporate Finance
2. From 10 years of experience in an international treasury team or consulting firm
3. IT literacy
4. Analytics skills
5. English fluency

Desirable

1. Good understanding of Finance concepts
2. Good Excel level (TCD, etc...)
3. Knowledge in Kyriba and Fairways
