Role Overview

As part of the Corporate Treasury team, the Treasury Efficiency Manager will be responsible for :

• Ensure accurate and updated Corporate Treasury instructions, procedures, and processes and enforcing their compliance jointly with Finance transformation
• Coordinate, track and report progress on internal control campaign or internal audit activities for Treasury scope, jointly with the Internal Control and Internal Audit team
• Lead and manage any projects that contribute to the improvement of Central Treasury tools and processes and to optimize efficiency & reliability (Market Risk Management , Payment convergence project...)
• Be the central point of contact for the Central Treasury team for any transversal projects or activities with other functions of the Group (Card program management)

Educational Requirements

• University degree, Finance / Business school (MBA, Chartered Accountant…) with a strong accounting, banking, or treasury academic background.
• Desirable : Project management / coordination experience.

Competencies & Skills

• 10-15 years of experience in leading finance transformation projects in large industrial companies.
• Financial knowledge with basics in taxes & finance law, able to communicate and interact effectively with accounting, legal, tax and specialized Treasury functions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (Pivot tables, V-lookup).
• Strong leadership and communication skills in multicultural environments.
• Fluent in English with an international mindset.
