Qualifications

Treasury & Corporate Finance Apprenticeship (H/F)

The Treasury & Corporate Finance team of Equans Group is looking for new Apprentice: Treasury & Corporate Finance apprenticeship (H/F) 2-year apprenticeship based in Courbevoie (La Défense).

The Treasury and Corporate Finance Apprentice will assist the team in:

1. Participating in the day-to-day management of Group Treasury: monitoring bank accounts (reconciliations, forecasts, balancing), holding company payments (initiation, subsidiaries, monitoring, signature, control) and day-to-day management of cash centralization, relations with subsidiaries and bank.
2. The management of the FX / foreign exchange risks for the Group (identification of the risk throughout the Group, definition and implementation of hedging strategies, follow-up of the hedges).
3. Setup and automation of operational and group reporting (cash, FX and guarantees).
4. Participating in the project to centralize the Group's banking reporting: ongoing project to cover 300 companies and 1,300 bank accounts. Preparation of account perimeters, assistance with TMS configuration, relations with internal partners (Legal, IT/Systems, Accounting, subsidiaries, etc.), preparation of documentation (mandates, contract amendments, etc.), monitoring indicators and progress.
5. Participation in the project to extend the Group's cash-pooling arrangements with banks.
6. Providing assistance to operational subsidiaries for the implementation of all financing-related matters, including equity, shareholder loans and working capital facilities (preparation of financial data for global transaction memo, coordinating with other corporate departments).
7. The deployment of the Group guarantee management tool, Fairways Guarantee facilitating the guarantee reporting required by our Shareholder.
8. Animation of an international Treasury & Corporate Finance network (meeting reports with international exposure; fluent English is a requirement).

Required profile:

• Pursuing a university/business school degree in Finance or Economics.
• Relevant first finance experience/internship in a major bank or international corporation.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency.
• PowerBI experience is a must.
• A flexible team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
