SONOCO CANADA is seeking a Treasury Operations professional to verify the completeness and accuracy of treasury transactions, control cash movements, and monitor maturities. The role supports accurate US GAAP and Dutch GAAP reporting and ensures compliance with internal controls.

The successful candidate will have a finance or treasury degree, fluent English, and experience with treasury systems (SAP/Oracle/Kyriba). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Economics, or related field.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous in an international environment.
• Experience with treasury systems, controls, and regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsabilités

• Verify the completeness, accuracy, and validity of treasury transactions.
• Control cash movements, payments, receipts, financing, and investment transactions.
• Review bank confirmations and settlement documentation.
• Monitor debt, deposits, and financial instrument maturities.
• Ensure timely settlement of treasury transactions.
• Support US GAAP monthly reporting and Dutch GAAP statements.
