Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages is seeking a Treasury Operations Lead to oversee global treasury operations, ensuring accurate execution of transactions and strong governance. You will manage payments, bank accounts, and TMS systems while driving process improvements in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Treasury Operations within an international organization.
• Solid knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (SAP, Kyriba or equivalent).
• Experience with payment systems, including SWIFT, SEPA and wire transfers.
• Strong understanding of payment processing and bank connectivity processes.
• Experience in bank account management and administration.
• Knowledge of treasury operational controls and SOX-compliant environments.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily payment processing and approval workflows across all entities.
• Administer bank accounts, including opening/closing, signatories, and maintenance.
• Maintain and optimize Treasury Management Systems (TMS) for data quality and efficiency.
• Implement and monitor treasury operational controls and procedures for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with banking partners on integrations and connectivity matters.
• Prepare daily cash position reports and perform reconciliations.
• Support audits by providing treasury documentation and resolving findings.
• Drive continuous improvement to treasury processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
