OECD is seeking a Corporate Treasury Manager to lead a high-performing treasury team and oversee cash management, liquidity and treasury systems in Paris. The role requires strong leadership, deep treasury expertise and a track record in driving automation and AI-enabled improvements.

You will manage relationships with banking partners, ensure robust financial reporting and governance, and contribute to long-term financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in finance/accounting with professional treasury qualification.
• At least eight years in treasury management, corporate finance or financial management in leadership roles.
• Experience leading digital transformation of treasury functions via automation and data analytics, with strong controls.
• Ability to drive technology-enabled treasury process improvements from requirements to results.
• Practical experience with AI-enabled solutions in finance and governance.
• Proven governance, liquidity, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships and short-term investments expertise.
• Experience standardising and optimising treasury processes and improving controls and efficiency.
• Strong strategic judgement and ability to translate issues into clear recommendations.
• Leadership and development of teams in a results-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic advice on liquidity, investments, banking arrangements and treasury operations.
• Monitor liquidity, cash trends and actions to optimise cash availability.
• Identify and mitigate treasury-related risks including FX, counterparty and operational risks.
• Lead development and governance of treasury strategy, policies and framework.
• Drive treasury modernisation, automation and data analytics initiatives.
• Coach and develop treasury staff and foster a service-oriented culture.
• Prepare financial statements and coordinate treasury-related audits and recommendations.
• Present treasury performance and risk reports to senior management.
