About the job:

We are building our Treasury team! Within our global Finance Department and reporting to the Group Treasurer, you will focus on handling and continuously improving our daily treasury activities and operational cash management. As the second member of the treasury team, you’ll have a great opportunity to make an impact and develop your skills in an international scale-up environment.

What you’ll do:

1. Manage payments and third-party relationships in the Cash Management Platform Kyriba, ensuring adherence to payment processes and guidelines.
2. Maintain Kyriba payment profiles and signature workflows in accordance with bank delegations.
3. Update the bank delegation database.
4. Participate in projects related to the integration of new or acquired entities into Kyriba and group systems evolution.
5. Verify proper application of bank conditions.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (IT, P2P, accounting, legal) and external partners (banks, service providers).
7. Note that responsibilities and scope may evolve as the team grows.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Proficiency in English and French.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Treasury, or related field.
• At least one confirmed experience in Treasury (including internships or apprenticeships).
• Technical skills in international payment formats and bank communication tools (Swiftnet, Kyriba), with experience in Kyriba implementation or configuration in a multi-country context.
• Experience handling bank delegations and powers of attorney.
• Ability to thrive in an international and growing environment, managing multiple topics simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Thoroughness, curiosity, and an open mind to evolving practices.
