Amadeus in France is seeking a Travel Unit Services Operations Lead (Budget & Resource) to strengthen how Services Engineering plans, monitors and steers its budget, capacity and resource needs.

The role serves as a cross-functional operations lead for Services Engineering, ensuring financial indicators, demand trends, capacity planning and workforce requirements are connected through a reliable operating framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, program management, financial planning or engineering delivery coordination.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment.
• Strong capacity planning, resource management and budget monitoring.
• Data-driven reporting and KPI-based decision making.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication with diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead capacity planning and resource management within Travel Unit Services using the RADAR framework.
• Develop operating models linking budget, FTE capacity and recruitment to portfolio priorities.
• Coordinate hiring needs, workload visibility and capacity monitoring across teams and stakeholders.
• Establish reporting, governance routines and KPIs for capacity, recruitment and demand.
• Drive continuous improvements to workforce planning processes and data quality.
