• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand objectives and opportunities.
• Define end-to-end user journeys, processes, and capability interactions with clear acceptance criteria.
• Clarify scope, dependencies, constraints, and ensure actionable requirements for engineers.
• Design functional flows for AI travel assistant orchestration and system interactions.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architect to maintain alignment with architecture roadmaps and standards.
• Lead cross-functional discussions and trade-off analyses to achieve shared understanding.
• Support delivery through backlog refinement, design reviews, and validation of implemented functionality.
