Job Responsibilities:

Create personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences

Coordinate bookings: hotels, ground services, activities

Communicate with clients and vendors via meetings and video calls

Maintain accurate data in internal systems

Ensure service quality and smooth operations

Follow up post-trip for feedback and upselling

Collaborate with other departments to solve issues efficiently

Requirements:

Experience in the travel industry

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Based in Bali

Strong customer service and multitasking skills

Passion for travel and attention to detail

Able to work independently and in a team
