We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive's business and personal calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle all travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

  • Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, determining priority and urgency.

  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.

  • Coordinate and assist with the preparation of materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.

  • Maintain executives’ contact lists and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing communication and ensuring follow-up.

  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of special projects, events, and initiatives as assigned.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as expense reporting, filing, and office supply management.

  • Anticipate executive's needs and proactively address potential issues or concerns.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

  • Prerequisite: English Bi-lingual
