Qualifications

• Expérience de 5 ans en gestion des réseaux de transport (route, fret maritime).
• Maîtrise des Incoterms et des rapports d'émission de carbone.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un entrepôt externalisé.

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Transport ManagerinParis (Le Plessis-Paté, 91 Essone)withSignify.

As a Transport Manager, you will manage inbound and outbound transportation, ensuring quality, safety, and performance, and working with various stakeholders.

OPERATIONAL

• Act as the linking pin between local CFH transport execution and the regional transport manager.

• Supervise the outbound shipments from CFH and other shipping points, serving the countries in the CFH scope to customers, liaising with transport planners across the chain.

• Supervise the inbound shipments from factories / other CFHs to CFH South.

• Manage reverse engineering logistics processes from customers back to shipping points.

• Control transport planning processes in the CFH, by either managing the outsourced partner, or the own transport planning team in case of insourced operations.

• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and Incoterms settings.

• Responsible for managing outbound transport logistics in the CFH and ensuring that shipments are handled efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.

• Responsible for managing inbound transport logistics in the Hub and ensuring that shipments are handled efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.

• Ensure that lead time master data is accurate vs actuals/advised lead time from carriers.

• Work closely with the Master Data Manager, ensuring governance in transport data.

• Drive improvements in process quality and cost levels.

• Support the Regional Transport Manager in the forecasting process towards carriers, secure high season readiness, and manage driving bans and carrier restrictions around bank holidays related to Markets served by the CFH (FR, IT, ES, PT).

• Responsible for bringing Transport savings ideas to the Savings Roadmap in line with global logistics and distribution strategy.

• Initiate / Manage escalations from the Business towards the Region transport managers.

• Support in TMS implementations/ performance management for the CFH.

FINANCIAL

• You realize 'Cost to Serve' IWD/TPW targets in line with company targets and in close cooperation with the verticals.

• Monitor transport costs in close cooperation with the regional transport team.

• Research and suggest cost-effective shipping methods.

CUSTOMER

• Oversee the execution of shipments with proper visibility and accurate information to customers.

• Ensure nominated days in the system are cost-effective and drive continuous improvements.

• For inbound flows to DC’s: drive visibility of inbound shipments to DCs and in the system.

• Ensure shipping documents are accurate and conduct regular checks.

• In charge of Customer DRM (Delivery Reliability Measurement) performance.

• You have previous working experience managing both inbound and outbound transportation, including trucks, containers, sea freight, and air shipments.

• At least 5 years of experience in Transport networks management (mainly road, parcel and sea freight, groupage (LTL), direct loads (FTL)).

• Strong Excel (pivot tables) & analytical skills.

• French & English proficiency (Spanish and/or Italian language skills are a plus).

• Strong Customer orientation.

• Experience working on TMS (Transport Management Systems) is highly appreciated.

• Carbon emission & CO2 reports skills.

• Incoterms knowledge.

• Dangerous goods transport skills would be a plus.

• You are someone who can work autonomously (able to work in an outsourced warehouse) and challenging attitude toward carriers.

• Excellent communication & coordination skills in a logistics environment.

• Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and game-changer profile.
