Job Description

We are currently seeking superstar GOs for our Club Med resort in Asia (not in Australia).

Responsibilities

• Elaborate arrival/departure schedules and submit them for validation
• Organize client welcome and transfer procedures, relay information to the village
• Welcome clients upon arrival and assist with departures
• Coordinate with airport authorities, airlines, and local travel agencies
• Draft transfer plans, dispatch to providers, and follow up on invoices
• Handle client comments and special requests (luggage, flight changes, etc.)
• Apply Club Med standards, hygiene, and security procedures
• Train and supervise reception staff in daily tasks
