TITLE : Human Resources Business Partner
DEPARTMENT : Human Resources
REPORTING TO : VP, HR, EMEA and Americas
OFFICE LOCATION : Paris, France
ROLE TYPE : FTC, 6 Month Contract (Maternity Leave), Hybrid
Overview of the Team :
IPC’s global People function is a progressive and dynamic group of professionals who are rapidly transforming and enhancing the impact of the People function at IPC.
Reporting into IPC’s VP, Human Resources, you will partner closely with the European HR team who are located across London, Paris, and Madrid. There will also be an opportunity to interact and work with the wider HR team who are located across North America and Asia.
Role Overview :
As a HRBP at IPC, you will help to implement people strategies, partner with key stakeholders, develop strong working relationships with employees and managers, and drive people and engagement programs.
