Job Description

Context: The Service Delivery Officer is a newly created role within the Global Building and Facility Management department. The role aims to support financial and operational efficiency across 28 sites in 13 countries, including France, Portugal, Morocco, and Malaysia. The position focuses on optimizing operational costs and aligning with global standards.

Your Role: As a Service Delivery Officer, you will coordinate activities related to the building portfolio globally. Your responsibilities include supporting financial processes, assisting with contract administration, and ensuring accurate reporting of financial and non-financial data. You will collaborate with facility managers and AXA hosting entities to ensure efficient operations and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Budget Monitoring and Coordination (30M yearly): Assist in budget preparation and forecasting, track expenses, prepare financial reports, and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
  2. Operational Coordination with Opco-Hosted Countries: Liaise with local AXA entities, monitor SLA performance, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to space optimization planning.
