Role Overview

I am seeking an experienced and dynamic Transaction Services Director to lead and deliver financial due diligence and transaction support for high-profile deals. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial due diligence processes for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring delivery of high-quality service and strategic insights.
