iBanFirst is seeking a Transaction Monitoring Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Paris. You will review alerts, perform due diligence, and document decisions to uphold compliance in a regulated environment.

English required; French is a plus. The role offers hybrid work with 1–2 remote days per week, a gross annual salary of €40,000, and benefits including health insurance, meal card, transport support, RTT days, and gym membership.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in CDD, KYC, transaction monitoring, AML, compliance or related control function.

Responsabilités

• Review customer due diligence, KYC, and transaction monitoring files and alerts in line with internal procedures.
• Identify inconsistent information, controls, and decision rationales.
• Conduct customer and transaction research using internal systems and reliable external sources.
• Conduct thorough investigations and maintain auditable records of analysis and decisions.
• Escalate suspicious activity, sanctions concerns, fraud indicators, or other material risks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring processes and procedures.
