Overview

VTG is looking for a Training Specialist in Chantilly, VA

What will you do?

As a trainer on our team, you'll provide in-person, virtual, hybrid, asynchronous instruction for our internal and external through live audience instruction. You'll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you will be armed with the resources you need to excel, including access to subject matter experts, and collaborative tools to enhance your training delivery solutions.

Be empowered to tap into your creative thinking, passion for developing and implementing workforce initiatives, facilitation skills to develop, manage, and deliver training using your experience leading learning solutions to create learning objectives, ensuring a variety of learning styles for learners' needs.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment
• 2+ years of experience in providing training support
• 2+ years creating and delivering Web Based Training
• Experience in a government operating environment, including collaboration with the intelligence community (IC)

Additional Qualifications

• Knowledge of virtual delivery tools, including Adobe Connect, Skype, or Moodle
• Course Instruction or Teaching Certification
