NIIT is seeking a Learning Operations Coordinator in Saint-Nazaire, France to manage day-to-day training activities, LMS administration, and stakeholder coordination. You will translate business needs into actionable training plans, monitor budgets, and support virtual classroom delivery.

You will work with NIIT platforms such as the CxP Portal, Instructor Portal, Room Booking Portal, and Partner Portal to ensure smooth delivery and timely reporting. Fluency in French and English is required.

• Experience coordinating learning operations and training delivery.
• Ability to translate business demand into actionable training plans.
• Experience with LMS, budgeting, and vendor cost management.
• Excellent communication in French and English; multilingual collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day learning operations including session planning, scheduling, LMS administration, learner and instructor coordination, and helpdesk support.
• Support OPCO work after training and certification; adapt plans as needed.
• Gather training demand from business and translate into training plans with site leads.
• Monitor training budgets, funding opportunities, and vendor costs.
• Coordinate session scheduling, trainer allocation, room bookings, and resource planning.
• Administer LMS: session creation, learner enrollment, attendance, and evaluations.
• Utilise NIIT platforms (CxP Portal, Instructor Portal, Room Booking Portal, Partner Portal) for operations.
• Handle helpdesk requests and ticket management; ensure timely resolution.
• Provide operational support for virtual classrooms and troubleshooting.
• Maintain stakeholder communications with Métier teams, suppliers, instructors, and business reps.
• Act as primary contact for site leads on training deployment and operations.
• Prepare training reports, dashboards, and planning data.
