About The Role
As a Training Officer you will plan trainings that are required to access NPP, according to the regulatory requirements; you'll also be in charge to prepare the NPP access documentation (carnet d'access) for operational personnel.
You will report to the Planification and Technical training manager and be located in France. This is a Hybrid position, requiring to work from our facilities in Villejust at least 2 days/week.
Main Responsibilities
- Enroll employees in training taking into account organizational and geographical constraints
- Manage the administration of the training: follow-up, agreements/contracts, prerequisites and invitations/summonses
- Manage absences, cancellations and postponements
- Register training certificates on SAP and the network
- Verify completeness of the training process
- Manage the access documentations
- Create purchase orders
- Assist the training coordinator in all administrative tasks
Qualifications- BAC+2 in Human Resources or equivalent or min 5 years' experience in training administration
- High proficiency in office pack.
- Knowledge of training administration software (SAP)
- Advanced level of English and French
