Bang & Olufsen are seeking a training specialist to uplift our retail capabilities in France & French speaking regions.
Our Training Managers are responsible for the overall education of all customer-facing employees in their region. This includes training across product knowledge, sales ceremony, brand knowledge as well as education for retail management.

This role will be a part of the global training team, consisting of 8 commercial training managers, 2 technical training managers and a digital team of four. We are based in 9 countries across Europe and Asia and are constantly in close contact through digital team meetings to make sure that we are aligned, motivated and on top of our tasks. With multiple physical meetings per year, we maintain a positive team spirit and the close contact among colleagues.
