You join the Learning and Development centre of expertise within the Human Resources department of Natixis CIB, as Training Officer.

The Human Resources Department supports the front-line and support functions by providing them with advice and value-added solutions in their various projects and challenges of transformation and skills development.

On a daily basis, your tasks are:

  • Identify and analyse the individual needs and training plan of your scope in consultation with HR Business Partners and managers
  • Manage the deployment of training actions and budget monitoring;
  • Lead business and/or cross-sector tailored training projects;
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the operation of the Learning Centre of Expertise (process, marketing of the offer...).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience in similar functions, ideally in a constantly changing environment.

You are proficient:
• Regulation specific to the investment banking training profession;
• Project management.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:
• Autonomous, rigorous and strong proposal;
• Recognized for your organizational skills and team spirit;
• Customer-oriented.

You are fluent in English with a B2 level.
