Ce rôle comprend la création de contenu, la promotion des solutions numériques et l'analyse des défis locaux. Le candidat idéal doit être autonome, proactif, avoir un excellent niveau d'anglais et un diplôme de master. En outre, l'expérience dans l'industrie du fret aérien est un atout.

Qualifications

• Expérience dans l'industrie de la logistique et du fret aérien est un plus.
• Fluent en anglais, français et autres langues sont un avantage.
• Capacités d'analyse des besoins et défis des équipes locales.

• Créer du contenu et améliorer notre plateforme d'apprentissage en ligne.
• Promouvoir l'importance de l'apprentissage en ligne au sein du groupe.
• Coordonner la mise en œuvre des solutions numériques avec les stations locales.

You will participate in this transformation by working on two aspects of our Change Management plan :

E-Learning

• Create content & enhance our e-learning platform to facilitate the onboarding with our digital solutions
• Monitor the learning performance of the Group and determine action plans to reach agreed targets
• Actively promote e-learning and its importance within the Group
• Identify the needs and challenges of local teams
• Analyze how these challenges can be streamlined by using our digital solutions
• Coordinate the implementation of the digital solutions with local stations
• Test digital solution to verify behavior is as expected
• Act as a bridge between a station and Product owners for developments
• Provide support to a station in daily usage of an implemented digital solutions

Required qualification & skills :

• Master’s degree in University or Business school
• Work experience in the Air Freight Industry is a plus
• Fluent in English (French and other languages are an additional advantage)
• Excellent working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerBi
• Knowledge of SQL, Data Base management, API technologies is a plus
• You are autonomous, proactive and have excellent interpersonal skills
• You can manage projects and drive change on international scale
