Lead training sessions for the salesforce at factories, affiliates, and dealers for excavators, mining trucks, and dozers.
Enhance training concepts for mining product training.
Engage relevant stakeholders (Engineering, Application, CRM, After Sales, Product Management, Sales and Marketing, Affiliates, Dealers).
Coordinate and conduct sales product training via classroom, web-based, or e-learning formats.
Organize training events.
Gather data from factories and field operations to prepare training materials (competitor comparisons, facts, figures, arguments, and customer benefits).
Translate or oversee translation of training documents and support materials into other languages.
Maintain records in a sales training database and issue certificates to participants.
Travel within and outside Europe, approximately 60 days per year.
About You
Experienced in presentation techniques.
At least 4-5 years of experience in the OEM industry.
Excellent presenter with stage presence.
Motivated to continuously learn about Liebherr products, technology, and sales topics.
Fluent in English; Spanish, French, or German skills are a plus.
