Job Description

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead training sessions for the salesforce at factories, affiliates, and dealers for excavators, mining trucks, and dozers.
  • Enhance training concepts for mining product training.
  • Engage relevant stakeholders (Engineering, Application, CRM, After Sales, Product Management, Sales and Marketing, Affiliates, Dealers).
  • Coordinate and conduct sales product training via classroom, web-based, or e-learning formats.
  • Organize training events.
  • Gather data from factories and field operations to prepare training materials (competitor comparisons, facts, figures, arguments, and customer benefits).
  • Translate or oversee translation of training documents and support materials into other languages.
  • Maintain records in a sales training database and issue certificates to participants.
  • Travel within and outside Europe, approximately 60 days per year.

About You

  • Experienced in presentation techniques.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in the OEM industry.
  • Excellent presenter with stage presence.
  • Motivated to continuously learn about Liebherr products, technology, and sales topics.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish, French, or German skills are a plus.
