Qualifications

The person will be responsible for conducting training sessions for the salesforce at factories, affiliates, and dealers, focusing on excavators, mining trucks, and dozers.

  1. Improve and develop training concepts for mining products.
  2. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders such as Engineering, Application, CRM, After Sales, Product Management, Sales and Marketing, Affiliates, and Dealers.
  3. Coordinate and/or deliver sales product training through classroom sessions, web-based platforms, or E-Learning modules.
  4. Organize training events and sessions.
  5. Gather data from factories and field operations to prepare training materials, including competitor comparisons, facts, figures, arguments, and customer benefits.
  6. Manage translation of training documents and support materials into other languages.
  7. Maintain records in a sales training database and issue certificates to participants.
  8. Travel within and outside Europe, approximately 60 days per year.
About You
  • Experienced in presentation techniques and public speaking.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the OEM industry.
  • Ability to engage and entertain an audience during presentations.
  • Motivated to continuously learn about Liebherr products, news, technology, sales, and after-sales topics.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish, French, or German is a plus.
