A leading company in the construction equipment sector is looking for a sales trainer responsible for improving training concepts for excavators, mining trucks, and dozers. The ideal candidate will be skilled in presentation techniques, experienced in the OEM industry, and fluent in English, with additional languages being an asset.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in the OEM industry.
  • Strong presentation and training skills.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish, French, or German is a plus.

  • Improve and manage training concepts for mining products.
  • Conduct trainings in various formats including e-learning.
  • Travel within and outside of Europe approximately 60 days p.a.

He or she will be in charge of the trainings for the salesforce at factories, affiliates and dealers for excavators, mining trucks and dozers.

  • Improve a training concept for mining product training
  • Involve relevant stakeholders (Engineering, Application, CRM, After Sales, Product Management, Sales and Marketing, Affiliates, Dealers)
  • Coordinate and/or conduct Sales product training in classroom, web based or as E-Learning
  • Organize training events
  • Collect the data from factory, and field to prepare training documents (competitor comparisons, fact, figures, arguments and customer benefits).
  • Translate or manage translation of training documents and training-course support documents into other languages
  • Establish and follow up records in a sales training database and provide certificates to training course participants
  • Travel in and outside of Europe (expect approx. 60 days p.a.)

About you

  • Experienced in presentation technique
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in the OEM industry
  • Good presenter “entertainer” on stage in front of an audience
  • A high motivation to train himself on Liebherr products, product news, technology, Sales and After Sales subjects.
  • Fluent in English. Spanish, French or German will be a plus.
