Trainee - Maintenance Technician / Extrusion Setter H/F, Écouen

Job Description

The SIPV plant based in Ecouen, a major supplier for the Vygon Group's factories, is looking for an apprentice Maintenance Technician / Extrusion Setter.

Under the guidance of your apprenticeship supervisor and the entire team, by the end of your apprenticeship, you will be able to:

1. Maintain equipment and tools in optimal condition, cleanliness, and availability, performing all maintenance and setup operations.
2. Respond promptly to faults with methodological analysis and problem-solving.
3. Record all interventions on machines in logs and GMAO.
4. Monitor any deviations in machine quality and productivity.
5. Before starting production, eliminate components or materials (purge, line vacuum, etc.).
6. Start the process following written instructions (work instructions, manufacturing ranges, setting sheets, plans, etc.).
7. Ensure machines operate with the required safety measures (closed covers, safety devices not bypassed, etc.).
8. Report the consumption of spare parts systematically.
9. Apply fundamental principles of environmental respect.
10. Be responsible for the selective sorting of waste generated by your activity.
