Tasks
- Requirement Gathering: Support the gathering and thorough documentation of business requirements from stakeholders to guarantee a precise and shared understanding of the project’s goals.
- Data Analysis: Analyse data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that effectively inform and guide business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation: Prepare and meticulously maintain comprehensive documentation covering business processes, requirements, and solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Project Support: Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Training and Development: Engage actively in training sessions and workshops to cultivate the skills and knowledge essential for excelling in the role.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Capacity to perform autonomously while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
- A strong enthusiasm for learning and adapting swiftly within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Support the production of regular reports.
