You are responsible for leading Beaumier’s digital acquisition strategy across paid media (Google Ads, Meta, and social platforms) and organic search (SEO). This hybrid role combines performance marketing expertise with a deep understanding of search engine visibility, ensuring Beaumier's digital presence is discoverable, elegant, and effective in driving qualified traffic and direct bookings.

With a strong grasp of analytics, ad platforms, and technical SEO, you work cross-functionally with brand, content, and web teams to elevate the group’s visibility across all digital touchpoints.

Professional Experience

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in digital performance marketing and SEO, ideally within luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.

Demonstrated success managing Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and SEO for premium brands or multi-property businesses.

Technical Skills

Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, GTM, and Search Console.

Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Yoast or similar.

Analytical mindset with deep understanding of digital KPIs, attribution models, and customer acquisition funnels.

Soft Skills & Brand Fit

Balanced thinker : analytical yet creative, performance-focused yet brand-sensitive.

Autonomous, organized, and collaborative with strong attention to detail.

Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus. ( Spanish and / or German)

Passion for travel, design, culture, and storytelling, in line with Beaumier’s lifestyle brand spirit.
