Our client, a leading national law firm, is looking for a Trademark Agent and Lawyer to join their growing and thriving IP team. Responsibilities

1. Manage trademark portfolios and provide strategic advice to clients.
2. Draft and file trademark applications.
3. Conduct trademark searches and provide opinions.
4. Assist in trademark litigation and enforcement matters.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience and is a registered trademark agent.
