Responsibilities:

  1. Deep understanding of local market trends, insights, and customer dynamics.
  2. Serve as the bridge between product marketing and commercial teams, leading the execution of marketing plans to drive local market growth.
  3. Represent the customer voice within the organization.
  4. Design and execute localized sales campaigns to generate demand and increase market share.
  5. Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI, making data-driven improvements.
  6. Lead market communication for New-To-Range (NTR) & First-To-Market (F2M) products, monitor performance, gather market feedback, and adjust activities as needed.
  7. Tailor all content to meet local audience needs, ensuring high accuracy levels.
  8. Engage actively with direct and indirect customers, developing strategies to improve product visibility and sales performance.
  9. Enhance brand recognition and presence through strengthened marketing relationships.
  10. Respond efficiently to customer requests for information and support, collaborating with other teams as necessary.
  11. Manage POS materials, merchandise, promotional items, newsletters, brochures, flyers, and external presentations in collaboration with internal teams.
  12. Oversee merchandising strategies and promotional giveaways, ensuring timely production and delivery.
  13. Collaborate with regional Brand & Communication Managers to create impactful promotional materials.
  14. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost online engagement and conversions, including overseeing local social media channels where relevant.
  15. Manage local sponsorships, school partnerships, and brand promotion activities on customer channels in close collaboration with Brand & Communications Managers.
  16. Provide product training to sales teams and customers as needed.
Event & Trade Show Management
  1. Organize training events and dealer activations.
  2. Plan and coordinate industry events to reinforce brand presence and strengthen partnerships, collaborating with regional Brand & Communications Managers.
  3. Manage internal events in collaboration with regional teams.
Sales & Marketing Performance Analysis
  1. Track and analyze campaign performance, sales data, and customer engagement, developing actions for continual improvement.
  2. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize trade marketing investments.
  3. Analyze and report on turnover impact by strategic customers/ITGs.
Price Management
  1. Contribute to local price list development and management, working closely with regional Product Marketing teams to ensure regional consistency and adherence to pricing strategies.
Press & Media Management
  1. Develop and execute strategic communication plans to enhance brand and product visibility in key media channels, including managing interviews, press conferences, press agency coordination, and public relations materials.
  2. Collaborate with regional Brand & Communications Managers to ensure regional consistency and adherence to media guidelines.
  3. Identify and lead corporate identity (CI) opportunities within the local market.
