Our Trade-in service allows customers to sell their tech devices to our network of refurbishers, promoting re-use and reducing e-waste. As an Operations Performance Intern within the Trade-in team, you will engage with various business topics including marketing, payment, logistics, and customer care. You will interact daily with team members and contribute to team meetings and projects.

Your mission (if you accept it):

  1. Monitor and improve Trade-in seller processes to enhance performance.
  2. Ensure smooth seller experience and maintain good financial and service quality.
  3. Analyze seller performance issues and develop action plans.
  4. Design tools and processes to support seller performance improvement.
  5. Create resources for deploying these actions and fostering adoption.
  6. Participate in project structuring, stakeholder identification, and progress follow-up.

You are in the right place if:

  1. You seek a 6-month internship.
  2. You are fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
  3. You have previous operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
  4. You are comfortable with figures and reporting; Excel is essential; VBA, SQL, and Zapier are a plus.
  5. You possess strong organizational skills, ownership, and accountability.
  6. You are a team player capable of working across diverse teams internationally.

Recruitment process:

  2. Home assignment (business case).
  3. Interview with the direct manager and a cultural fit interview with another team member.
