Indie Campers invites students and recent graduates to join our Lyon depot as a Tourism & Operations Intern. You will welcome guests, set up road trips, and ensure a smooth journey from start to finish.

You’ll handle front-office tasks, assist with reservations and payments, and contribute to fleet coordination in a fast-paced environment. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in hospitality and travel logistics.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate seeking an internship in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Fluent in English and eligible to work in France.
• Strong customer service orientation and people skills.
• Interest in international environments and travel.
• Willing to learn and handle fast-paced operations.

Responsabilités

• Front-office: greet guests, check-ins/check-outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan features and terms.
• Back-office: align reservations, prepare campers and road trip extras/kits, verify stock.
• Support: monitor existing stock, coordinate fleet, troubleshoot operations.
