Indie Campers is seeking a Tourism & Operations Intern at our Paris CDG Depot. You will welcome guests, set them up for road trips and help ensure a smooth journey from start to finish.

Gain hands-on experience in hospitality and operations, handling front-office tasks, aligning reservations with fleet availability, and assisting with stock and fleet coordination in a fast-paced international environment. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and strong customer service orientation.
• Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or related field for internship.

Responsabilités

• Front-office: guest check-ins/outs, explain campervan functions, upsell extras.
• Back-office: align reservations with fleet, prep campers and trip extras, coordinate kits.
• Quality control: maintain campervans in top condition and address maintenance needs.
• Support: assist with stock monitoring and fleet coordination.
