Job summary

Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse seeks a Business Analyst SAP Logistics to join our Warehouse Management team. Design and implement SAP-based IT solutions across MM/WM/EWM within SAP R/3 and S/4HANA, driving logistics transformation and ensuring system reliability.

The role requires a degree in Computer Science or engineering, several years in IT support with ITSM, data analytics skills, and fluent English. A multinational aerospace environment offers challenging projects and career growth.

Qualifications

ITSM experience including incidents, problems, change, KPIs and LEAN.
Experience with SAP Supply Chain Management (MM, WM/EWM, R/3 ERP, S/4HANA).
Data analytics experience with HANA Studio, SQL, QA/Analytics tools (ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Qlik).
Fluency in English required; German a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with logistics partners to translate needs into SAP IT support across SAP technologies.
Design, implement and deploy optimized logistics IT solutions including warehouse automation and analytics.
Drive transformation initiatives and support tests, entry into service, and hypercare phases.
Ensure run-mode KPI targets are achieved and minimize ITGC-related production impacts.
Operate and improve the support model and reporting to Global Service Delivery Manager.
