We’re Hiring: Tooling Engineering Consultant & Technical Trainer (Injection Molding & Tool Maintenance)

Location: Tunis, Tunisia

Contract: 3-Year Period

Open to international candidates – relocation support available

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tooling Engineering Consultant & Technical Trainer to support and elevate tool maintenance standards at both local and international levels.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Train, mentor, and support tool maintenance teams across global subsidiaries
  • Analyze and resolve complex tooling/injection molding issues with effective long-term solutions
  • Oversee tooling repairs, changes, and spare parts procurement in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers
  • Evaluate the feasibility of plastic parts from a tooling perspective, drive tool improvements, and ensure implementation
  • Assess mold condition, define overhaul needs, provide cost estimates, and recommend replacements if necessary
  • Act as a central point of communication between all internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile
  • Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with tooling and high-precision thermoplastic injection molds
  • In-depth knowledge of mold assembly, maintenance, and advanced technologies (e.g., multi-component tooling)
  • Proven experience working with external tool suppliers
  • Strong communication, training, and problem-solving skills
  • Language skills: Proficient in Arabic or French , with good English knowledge
