Your role

Required:

• Hands‑on experience with TIBCO Business Works (BW 5.Xs)
• Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, SOA, and API‑based architectures.
• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of TIBCO BW applications.
• Solid understanding of unit testing practices and coding standards.
• Experience supporting production deployments and monitoring.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional/stakeholder teams.
• Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for integration deployments.
• Exposure to other TIBCO products (e.g., EMS, Mashery) or related middleware tools.
• Prior experience participating in SIT/UAT cycles in an enterprise setting.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) as they relate to integration deployments.
