Infosys in Paris, France seeks an Integration Domain Lead / Senior Consultant to manage the integration work stream for eCommerce and PSP across Europe. You will work with Source System IT Leads and Business Users to define requirements, analyze impacts, and drive end-to-end delivery from development to deployment.

The candidate will lead integration architectural discussions, promote best practices, and drive adoption of innovative integration approaches, while coordinating with stakeholders

• Collaborate with Source System IT Leads and Business Users to understand integration requirements and assess system and business impact.
• Guide development to deployment, manage stakeholders, report status, and drive operational excellence.
• Lead integration architecture discussions, propose integration patterns, and promote best practices.
• Drive roadmap and adoption of new integration innovations across the organization.
• Coordinate and communicate with Source System IT Leads and Business Users to update progress on key projects.
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation skills with senior stakeholders, and effective presentations.

Context And Job Description

• Integration (EAI) is the heart of IT strategy. The integration platform in Europe aims to modernize our data flows with various business partners: Digital, Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, B2B thru APIs.


• The role is responsible for managing the integration work stream for eCommerce and PSP under Europe region

Job Description

• For these interfaces, the person shall be involved in working with Source System IT Leads and Business Users to understand the Integration requirements and analyze the System and Business impact.


• The role shall encompass working with the Development team to review and refine the development plan, drive the implementation from development to deployment, stakeholder management, status reporting and operational excellence.


• The Domain Lead shall be a technically strong resource that can drive Integration architectural discussions, recommend Integration patterns and drive best practices.


• The Domain lead shall drive roadmap and adoption of latest innovations in Integration approaches.


• The role shall require extensive coordination and communication with Source System IT Leads and Business Users to consistently update the progress on key projects.


• The role shall have very effective communication skills and strong at negotiation with senior stakeholders.


• The role shall have excellent presentation skills.


• The ideal candidate will be motivated and a detail-oriented professional who can contribute to integration management processes.

• Ability to drive complex Vendor Delivery organization and influence outcomes with Vendors spanning different organizations associated to different business functions

Qualifications

• Rich information technology experience.


• Knowledge and experience in application design/architecture, integration architecture development, and enterprise application integration


• Competent in service and IT architecture development


• Prior experience of working on integration projects involving Rest APIs is expected


• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work as a member of cross tower teams


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in Integration technologies, particularly in Hybrid Integration environments.
