Overview

The role of Full Stack Developer at NeoXam

Responsibilities

• Development: work on the entire code base from the back end to the front end, including some DevOps.
• Customer contact: understand user needs through implementations and production monitoring to obtain regular feedback and to continuously improve the Apps.
• Team management: as a Senior Developer, help juniors to increase their skills on our technologies and products.

Qualifications / Experience

• Senior Full Stack Developer with experience across the full stack and some DevOps.
• Strong ability to engage with customers to understand requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior developers and contributing to team skill growth.
• Interest or experience in finance-related domains is advantageous.
