Job summary

Talantir is seeking an ambitious Content Specialist to own the Thai market from Paris or remotely from Thailand. You’ll bring Thai internet culture into our Paris office, creating content, leading creators, and testing bold ideas to drive growth in Thailand.

You are a storyteller who studies trends, thrives on fast iteration, and can manage creator feedback to produce top‑performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC ads. This hybrid role is based in Paris with remote flexibility from Thailand.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years creating short‑form content for brands, agencies, or creators.
• Experience making content for ads (UGC especially).
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Thai creator landscape.
• Thai and English language proficiency.
• Experience living in Thailand.
• Willing to work in person in Paris or freelance remotely from Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Grow Bump in Thailand and own this market.
• Lead all content and creator efforts for the Thai market.
• Make high‑performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC ads that people want to watch.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Thai creators.
• Run influencer campaigns with top Thai creators and micro‑influencers.
• Collaborate with paid marketing to turn content into performance.
• Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page.
• Write briefs, give notes, and help external creators shine.
• Collaborate daily in our Paris office with growth, distribution, and product.
• Join brainstorms, test ideas fast, and shape creative direction.
• Support launches, events, and Thai‑focused activations.
