JLL recherche un Chef de Projet EMEA pour le département des solutions de mobilier qui aura pour mission de coordonner des projets dans toute l'Europe. Avec une expérience de 10 ans en solutions de mobilier, le candidat idéal aura une compréhension élevée des produits et un savoir-faire en conception de solutions. Vous serez au cœur du succès en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes de conception et en développant des relations à long terme avec les clients.

Qualifications

  • Au moins 10 ans d'expérience solide en solutions de mobilier.
  • Compréhension approfondie des produits de mobilier multimarques.
  • Capacité à concevoir des offres commerciales.

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de conception et de gestion de projets.
  • Développer des activités commerciales et un réseau professionnel.
  • Coordonner des projets mondialement avec des interactions fortes avec divers départements.

What this job involves

As a Project Manager EMEA to support Furniture Solutions department you will be based in Paris (France) and will travel all over Europe to continue our offer'success story. Your missions will be to:

  • Work closely with Tetris' Designers and Project Managers Build on current furniture projects to bring them to success in various countries across EMEA,

  • Work closely with the Furniture Business Development to help win key accounts by developing appropriate offers,

  • Advise customers on furniture design solutions, drawing up commercial offers,

  • Develop sales activities and a professional network,

  • Cooperate with clients to build loyalty and long-term relationship (offers, follow ups, etc.),

  • coordinate projects globally with strong interactions with assistants, logistics and others JLL / Tétris departments,

  • Monitor furniture installations being helped by the local teams,

  • Report to the EMEA Manager Furniture Solutions department, you will be required to travel in the EMEA region a few times a month depending on project requirements.

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:
  • At least, 10 years' solid experience in furniture solutions, with a minimum of 3 years with a dealer,

  • A deep understanding of multi-brand office furniture products and are able to make your own sales offers,

  • A strong design and 360° space layouts culture,

  • Business and customer satisfaction oriented,

  • Team spirit, organisational skills, flexibility,

  • Fluent in English,

  • Comfortable with computer tools and software (MS Office), Knowledge of Pcon Basket and Navision are a plus,

  • Ideally you have your driving license.
