Stormshield, the leading French publisher and European cybersecurity player, is seeking a Test Manager to join the SUN product team in Lyon. You will drive product quality across SaaS modules and coordinate testing across multiple internal teams and external components.

You will implement testing strategies, establish quality metrics, and lead continuous improvements in test automation, performance testing and end-to-end testing for the platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in test management and quality assurance.
• Ability to define testing strategy and identify blockers.
• Implement quality metrics and track evolution.
• Coordinate multiple teams on testing interfaces and roll-outs.
• Lead continuous improvements in test automation and performance testing.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Product Security Lead.

Responsabilités

• Support testing strategy and ensure reliable delivery.
• Provide technical and functional testing guidance to teams.
• Implement indicators to measure quality and its evolution.
• Align and coordinate teams on testing tools and interfaces during production roll-outs.
• Track customer feedback to ensure proper addressing by teams.
• Set up systems delivering applications with permanent inter-compatibility.
• Champion quality with Product Owner and Product Security Lead.
• Lead the RQP team towards continuous improvement (test automation, performance testing, regression testing).
