In certain locations, this position will be hired and employed through a third-party Employer of Record (EOR). SharkNinja will be responsible for the day-to-day work supervision and performance management of the role, but the EOR will be the employer of record for legal and administrative purposes (i.e., payroll, benefits, compliance).

Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:

• Perform tests according to Test Protocol and DQTP plan.
• Complete tests per timeline aligned with Test Engineer.
• Collect test data, input to data sheet, and submit to Test Engineer.
• Provide instructions to operators.
• Maintain test equipment/test fixtures daily.
• Inform Test Engineer of any test issues.
• Inform Equipment Engineer if test equipment/fixtures have abnormalities.
• Maintain good 6S work environment.

Attributes and Skills

• Degree in a technical discipline (Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, Materials, Industrial Science, or Engineering preferred).
• Good English reading and writing skills to understand test procedures and prepare reports.
• Good communication skills in English and ability to work collaboratively across UK and US teams.
• Familiarity with international safety standards (such as UL982, UL1026, UL1082, UL1083, IEC60335-1, etc.).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to operate test gauges, instruments, and tools correctly.
• Honest with a focus on data accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience

• 5 years of experience in a laboratory environment.
• Experience in household appliance testing.
• Training in ISO9001 is preferred.
• Excellent English skills.
• Good teamwork spirit.
