As part of the France Sales Team – Peripheral and reporting to the Sales Manager Peripheral France, you will be responsible for the following tasks :

  • Implementing strategies and tactics to achieve individual sales targets and drive the adoption of medical device.
  • Effectively planning, managing, and administering your assigned territory.
  • Providing technical support to physicians, radiologists, vascular surgeons, and medical staff.
  • Developing and maintaining a network of contacts and strong working relationships to achieve sales targets and foster territory growth.
  • Staying up to date on vascular embolization procedures and products to provide technical support, training, and guidance to customers as needed.
  • Acquiring new accounts and / or expanding existing accounts within a defined geographic territory.
  • Identifying new prospects, and creating business opportunities to promote and sell Balt's devices.
  • Performing all sales-related functions within the assigned territory with minimal supervision.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and / or proven experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in interventional radiology products and procedures.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to conduct product demonstrations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Industry knowledge.
  • Strong time and territory management skills.
  • Proficiency in business tools such as email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
