Overview
The Territory Sales Manager for the Pallmann Brand will be responsible for distributor and contractor sales in their assigned territory, with the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager for the Pallmann Brand. The ultimate goal is to reach the Company sales goals and budgets while maintaining integrity, trust, and credibility; as well as to provide industry leading technical and consultative service for our distributor and contractor customers.

Primary Responsibilities / Essential Functions
Essential functions may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills, and other characteristics. The Territory Sales Manager for the Pallmann Brand must be skilled in a multitude of functions. The importance of each function will change depending on specific needs of the territory and customers. This position is required to maintain the highest level of competence in each area of responsibility.

General Duties

  • Implements sales and market strategies for the assigned territory, with direction from the Regional Manager
  • Establishes and manages relationships with all customers (distributors and contractors) in the territory.
  • Acts professionally and courteously in all aspects of interaction with contractors and distributors.
  • Establishes and maintains a travel schedule that efficiently meets the requirements for customer engagement, sales growth, and brand exposure with distributors and contractors
  • Data entry of customer information into the company CRM system.
  • Collaborates with other Uzin Utz North America Brands as needed
  • The Regional Manager may assign additional duties
  • Interact professionally with contractors and distributors to foster strong relationships.
  • Effectively presents the Company's product line and programs and consistently achieves objectives to ensure reaching the sales budget.
  • Travels to jobsites as needed to consult, demonstrate, or evaluate field issues.
  • Demonstrates the application and use of the complete Pallmann product range on jobsites or in training scenarios.
  • Provides professional presentations on Pallmann product range to distributor and contractor partners.

Sales and Marketing
  • Responsible for sales targets within set geographical regions.
  • Maintains brand positioning through Marketing materials throughout distributor showrooms.
  • Attends distributor and contractor events representing Pallmann brand and products to the customer base.
  • Coordinates and schedules brand-specific training, open house, and customer appreciation events with distributor management.
  • Acquires reports on competitive business products, programs, reporting back to the Regional Manager.
Product Knowledge
  • Maintains a complete understanding of all Pallmann products, including application, usage, programs, pricing, and business practices.
  • Understands competitive products’ advantages and disadvantages.
  • Stays proficient in Industry trends, guidelines, specifications, installation, sanding, and finishing techniques.

Education, Licensing, and Certifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience
  • 5+ years of sales, technical sales or flooring industry experience
