Our Capsules & Health Ingredients division specializes in capsules, health ingredients, customization services, and dosage form solutions for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies.

We seek a driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team, with the flexibility to work remotely from Germany or France.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop sales within Pharma accounts across Germany, Switzerland, Baltic countries, focusing on strategic accounts. Travel abroad within assigned export territories.
  2. Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and flawless execution internally and externally.
  3. Identify and evaluate business opportunities to expand Lonza CHI’s presence in the hard empty capsule market. Analyze market trends, provide feedback to management about macro-economic conditions and competitors.
  4. Collaborate with divisional and regional leaders to identify strategic opportunities, develop plans for profitable growth, and meet customer expectations. Build relationships at all levels.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Marketing, QA, R&D, etc.) on cross-functional projects.
  6. Demonstrate the company's value proposition and introduce new products and technologies in the region.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, sciences, or pharmaceutical & chemistry.
  • Extensive experience in Sales/Business Development.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or nutrition industry is a plus.
  • Proven success in growing strategic accounts.
  • Willing to travel extensively (up to 40%).
  • Action-oriented, independent, and organized.
  • Ability to identify market trends and develop strategic plans.
  • Proficient in German and English.
