About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our team in the ICT/ IT sector. This position focuses on managing key client relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities. The role includes promoting technical solutions in collaboration with partners and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the sector.
  • Present and promote relevant technical solutions to customers.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure expectations are met.
  • Travel as needed to visit clients and support business development activities.

Professional Knowledge:

  • Good understanding of ICT/ IT solutions and technologies.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or IT sector.
  • Strong background in direct sales and account management.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Effective in cross-functional team collaboration.

Business Skills:

  • Extensive experience in client management, with a strong track record in the retail or related sectors.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong goal orientation and ability to meet performance targets.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation, presentation, and communication.
  • Proficient in key account management and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
